At first, it may feel like an addition simply because it’s new. Over time, most participants experience the opposite: less internal effort, less self-management, and more clarity while they’re already doing what they do every day.
The goal isn’t to give you more to manage. It’s to help you stop managing yourself on top of managing everything else.
