Each of us enters such a state at least twice a day - it’s the same pleasant, dreamlike state when you fall asleep and wake up, daydreaming or just being in a relaxed state, “zoned out” in your own world; like when you are running, driving, listening to the music, drawing, watching the horizon, the view or the waves on the beach.
Hypnosis is a totally natural state of being! In fact, during this natural state, you will find that your focus is actually heightened and you are totally and effortlessly able to concentrate on the messages your mind has for you!
Most people associate Hypnosis as a state of deep relaxation or meditative state. Analytical hypnotherapy utilizes the basic principles of 'trance' that oftentimes does not require for you to be in a relaxed state in order to resolve a subconscious pattern. Conversational hypnosis is the most natural way to activate the trance state bringing you to the exact depth of your subconscious where resolution can take place.
As opposed to traditional suggestive hypnotherapy delivered in a relaxed state, Analytical hypnotherapy is more of an investigative approach to determining the subconscious meaning behind your troublesome emotional & behavioral patterns. There are several different therapeutic interventions used to uncover and resolve the root cause of the problematic patterning.
As opposed to the traditional Hypnotherapy idea that the conscious mind needs to be 'turned off' or 'shut down' in order for change to take place, Analytical Hypnotherapy encourages the conscious mind to observe as the subconscious mind reveals the root of the issue. This allows the part of your brain that plans and executes to help you formulate the next best strategy for you to take to make the change you want to stick following the session.
Using logic and reason when uncovering past trauma allows one to choose a better way forward, after having revealed how their past experience has kept them stuck. They get to choose how they want to view it now with all of the wisdom and understanding that they may have gained outside of that experience to help them heal from the past.
This is why even the most analytical client, can reach of level of healing that is effective at a subconscious level. So, if you have a hard time 'relaxing' but want to heal, this approach may be just what will work for you.
Rest assured during your session: you are always awake and in control at all times; you cannot do anything against your own will. Hypnosis is not mind control. If that was the case, every hypnotherapist would be millionaires!
Session experience is different for everyone, however, most people experience a sense of lightness, relaxation, and relief following their session with later followup expressions of clarity, confidence, motivation, and freedom!
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and is proven to be a safe and profoundly powerful way to overcome problematic emotional & behavioral patterning. Different from other forms of therapy, hypnosis taps into the subconscious mind (where our emotional trauma and learned behaviors are stored). By accessing the subconscious, hypnosis rewires negative or destructive thought patterns using positive, helpful, and supportive reframes that encourage progressive and positive change.

Sessions are 1 hour long. Every new client is scheduled for (3) sessions at a package price for the most effective results. Following the introductory package, all clients are welcome to purchase another package or opt in to a single session protocol. Please be mindful, many achieve the results they are hopeful for within the first three sessions and choose to continue working towards the next area of conflict. However, some people need additional time/sessions to allow their brain and body to feel safe in the experience to reveal the root of their problematic patterning due to protective mechanisms the brain creates as a result of trauma. All 'next steps' are recommended to every client following each session, however, it is always up to the client to choose whether or not they would like to continue moving forward.
All sessions are carried out through Zoom until further notice. A personalized link will be sent to you once you have paid for and booked your session day!
Payments: All sessions must be paid in full upon booking.
Refunds: Once your session has been completed, there are NO refunds for your session.
Cancelation Policy: You must cancel or reschedule one month prior to your session for full refund. Due to current demands, this cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Once session days and times are reserved, they are removed from availability and leave no possibility for replacement booking.
